Like many of us, I hustled my butt off. And I was rewarded for that. Promotions, a good income. Recognition. 

 

But the mindset and habits that drove my success - like striving for perfection, working non-stop, pushing past boundaries - became the same thing that started to defeat me and work against me.

 

The standards that I thought set me apart, started to feel like something really unattainable and a huge burden.

 

I had built my success on tools that became double-edged swords, making it hard to continue to thrive without the constant stress, anxiety and self-doubt.

 

I hit a point where I was just done with feeling drained and burnt out. So, I went on a deep journey to make a change.

 

My life did a complete 180. I stopped letting things happen to me. And started trusting my own internal judgements to create a life that truly feels like mine. 

And now I am here to help you do the same.
