Self Trust Mentor

Like many of us, I hustled my butt off. And I was rewarded for that. Promotions, a good income. Recognition. 

 

But the mindset and habits that drove my success - like striving for perfection, working non-stop, pushing past boundaries - became the same thing that started to defeat me and work against me.

 

The standards that I thought set me apart, started to feel like something really unattainable and a huge burden.

 

I had built my success on tools that became double-edged swords, making it hard to continue to thrive without the constant stress, anxiety and self-doubt.

 

I hit a point where I was just done with feeling drained and burnt out. So, I went on a deep journey to make a change.

 

My life did a complete 180. I stopped letting things happen to me. And started trusting my own internal judgements to create a life that truly feels like mine. 

And now I am here to help you do the same.

Meditation is not about quieting your mind but training it to spot and shift the patterns that hold you back. It’s about building trust in your ability to choose differently. Even just 5 minutes a day can make a huge difference in how aware and in control you feel.
