But the very mindset and habits that drove my success - like striving for perfection, working non-stop, pushing past boundaries - became the same thing that started to defeat me and work against me.
The standards that I thought set me apart, started to feel like something really unattainable & a huge burden.
I had built my success on tools that became double-edged swords, making it hard to continue to thrive without the constant stress, anxiety and self-doubt.
